Novo Modo was founded by Joseph Alonso in 2023 after 20 years of dedication across the industry! We have over 3500 sq. ft. of manufacturing space located in Northwest Washington to serve our clients all over the United States.

Novo Modo - Founder BIO
Joseph Alonso has always been a mission driven and goal oriented individual. In high school and trade school, he graduated top in his class and won state and national championships in machining. Before the age of 21, he ran his first manufacturing floor while investing in real estate. He then became a college instructor in CNC machine programming and manufacturing engineering, inspiring countless number of students to enter the trades.
While being a college instructor, he worked at Microsoft building a high impact team of efficient prototype machinists for their inventions and new hardware products. With a true passion for teambuilding and manufacturing/engineering processes, he continues to evolve and will exceed 60,000 hours and 20 years
working in the machining industry in 2023.
